The plants
they are certified according to their botanical origins by the experimental station of aromatic herbs and organizations that depend on the m.a.g.i.c. (ministerio de agricultura, ganadería, industria y comercio) from santa fe province, argentina.
The harvest
it is carried out in sanitary cases which have double security system in order to prevent it from being opened during its transportation and the consequent possibility of sabotage.
The transport
as with selection, it is strict as regards hygiene and health.
The washing
a first washing is carried out in the field, then it is disinfected with chlorinated water in the industrial plant, and finally it is rinsed. In all cases, we use water apt for human consumption. Concentration and contact time between the chlorinated water and the leaves has been studied and developed by our company to guarantee the destruction of possible pathogens present in the leaves as they arrive from the field. This is corroborated with the microbiological and physicochemical analyses protocols for each lot produced, which are carried out at certified laboratories that are independent of the company.
The aloe gel extraction
is carried out in completely automatic equipment, without the worker’s intervention and totally in cold. The industrial plant is refrigerated all the time, at a room temperature of 17 ºc (63 ºf)
the homogenizer
our company has a homogenizer-packing system of own development and design that makes possible to pack the product once the processing is finished, without having to store it in tanks or another kind of container.
The gel is not pasteurized
and it does not receive any thermal treatment. This makes possible to obtain a pure aloe gel with all the properties of the plant. It is highly suitable as precursor in formulations for cleaning products, cosmetics, and dietary supplements.
