low calorie Pastafrola Cake

Ingredients


1 egg
1 yolk
200 gr butter
Stevia powder or liquid Jual (1 teaspoon of coffee)
Zest of 1 lemon
Vanilla essence (1 teaspoon)
400 gr of leavening flour
salt (1 tsp)

Filling
600 gr Quince Candy
Ron (1 cap)

Preparation

1. Place the butter, soft (but not melted) + stevia + lemon zest + vanilla essence + salt + egg and yolk in a bowl
2. Whisk to unite all ingredients
3. Add the flour and form a bun. It is not necessary to knead, I joined well and when it is ready, wrap it in plastic wrap and take it to the fridge for 2 hours.
4. After 2 hours, separate ¼ of the dough for the strips and stretch the rest on a metal tray.
5. In a container place the quince cut into cubes. Take 1 minute to microwave to puree. When you take it out, if you like, add a rum cap
6. I poured the Dulce over the stretched dough
7. Make strips with the rest of the dough you reserved and place them crossed on the filling
8. Finally take to the oven for 30 minutes
9. Done !!! Remove and let cool
10. Take a photo and tell us how it turned out !! =)
