Lime mousse without sugar

Start the year with a delight, light and healthy: Lime mousse without sugar. Low in calories, fats and carbohydrates.


- 3 limes juice

- 50 ml of water

- 1 tablespoon of Stevia Jual powder or liquid

- 2 egg whites

- 150 ml of cream

- 1 lime zest


Put the lime juice, water and stevia in a saucepan over medium heat until it boils. Then remove from heat.

In a bowl, beat the cream and add the juice.

In another bowl, I whipped the egg whites until stiff and then added the previous mixture, trying not to lower the foam during the mixing.

Finally I will see the mousse in glasses or cups and let it cool for 4 hours. Decorate with lime zest and serve.
