For breakfast or a snack we share a delicious low calorie and sugar free.
INGREDIENTS (8 units)
• 2 spoon flax
• 4 spoon of water
• 1 cup of strawberries
• 1 cup of oatmeal
• 1/4 cup of milk
• 1/4 cup of grated coconut
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 teaspoon of stevia JUAL @aloejual
PREPARATION IN 3 STEPS
1. Soak 2 spoons of flax seeds in 4 spoons of water.
2. Chop the strawberries and mix with 1 cup of oatmeal, 1/4 cup of skim milk, 1/4 cup of grated coconut, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 2 tbsp of stevia @aloejual. When the seeds are well soaked, add this mixture.
3. Pour the mixture into an oiled pudding pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut into bars.
