The banana and chocolate cake that we propose can be prepared in just 15 minutes. It does not contain added sugars (only that of the fruit), gluten or lactose. Ideal for a quick snack, an unexpected visit, or an anxious afternoon.
30 g of unsweetened chocolate or cocoa powder
1 teaspoon stevia Jual powder or liquid
1- Cut the bananas and place them in a container with the eggs and stevia.
2. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
3. Add the cocoa powder and beat again until you get a fluffy cream.
4. Put the mixture in a microwaveable mold and cook on high power for 8 minutes.
5. Unmold and let cool.
