Low calorie tiramisu

We share a perfect recipe to eat something sweet without many calories. Rich and easy to prepare =)

3 tbsp extra fine instant oatmeal
brewed coffee
3 tbsp light cream cheese
2 tbsp nonfat vanilla yogurt (drinkable or firm)
1 tbsp Stevia powder JUAL
1 tbsp grated dark chocolate

1- Put the oatmeal in a container and add hot coffee prepared until the oatmeal is covered. Then beat and continue adding as the oats absorb, until a paste remains (use 1/3 of the container)

2 Take the mixture to the refrigerator so that it takes more consistency

3- On the other hand, mix the cream cheese with a little yogurt and add a tablespoon of JUAL stevia powder, it should have a creamy consistency

4 - Take the oats out of the fridge and place the mixture on top. Sprinkle with cocoa or grated dark chocolate

5- Chill in the refrigerator, 4 hours and enjoy!
