Micro recipe: banana and blueberry pancake

A simple and nutritious recipe with only 4 ingredients (Gluten Free/ Tacc Free) for a quick snack.

Five (5) ingredients:

• egg

• banana

• coconut/almond flour or shredded coconut

• blueberries

• and the secret ingredient: Stevia Jual

Preparation 

1. Step on the banana.

2. Add 1 previously beaten egg.

3. Add the flour and shredded coconut

4. 5 drops of Stevia Jual.

5. Blueberries.

Cook 1 or 2 large tablespoons of the mixture in a pan or roasting pan, forming pancakes and we have them! Ready to taste!

You can add honey on top.

You can also add 2 tablespoons of Jual Organic Blueberry or Orange Aloe Vera Juice to the mixture to make them healthier.
