Return and Refund Policy – JUAL

At JUAL, we are committed to offering high-quality products and the best possible customer experience.

Eligible Products for Return:

· Organic aloe vera juices in all available flavors and sizes.
· Aloe vera-based cosmetics, including: Lotion 120 ml, Gel 200 ml, Gel Cream 150 g, Moisturizing Cream 150 g, Exfoliating Cream 75 g, Night Cream 50 ml, and Anti-Hair Loss Lotion 75 ml.
· Natural stevia sweeteners, in both liquid and powder formats, in all available sizes.

Return Conditions:

· Products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with intact labeling.
· Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Return Process:

· Once the return is approved, you will receive a shipping label or instructions to return the product.
· The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, in all cases.
· Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
· Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
· If returned products are found to be defective or not compliant with our return conditions, no refund will be issued.

Exclusions:

· Products that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return, unless they were received in defective condition.
· Promotional or clearance items are subject to specific conditions that will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
