
Ingredients: for 10 servings
1 cup of gluten-free flour
1 skimmed yogurt vanilla flavor.
4 eggs.
1 tablespoon JUAL stevia sweetener
Lemon zest.
A few drops of orange blossom water.
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract.
Neutral oil (sunflower or soybean) to oil the mold.
Chopped almonds
Preparation:
1) Turn on the oven at medium temperature.
2) Separate the yolks from the whites.
3) Beat the yolks together with the JUAL stevia, the vanilla essence and the orange blossom water.
4) Incorporate alternating flour and yogurt.
5) Mix.
6) Lastly, add the lemon zest and the egg whites whipped to stiff peaks.
7) Mix in an enveloping way.
8) Oil and flour a mold.
9) Pour the mixture into the mold.
10) Place in the oven at a moderate temperature until the dough comes off the mold.
Once ready, let cool, unmold and sprinkle with almonds.
