
Ingredients:
270g of premix without tac
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 tablespoon of baking powder without tac
25g brewer's yeast
150cc of milk
1 teaspoon of orange blossom water essence
2 eggs
50g of butter without tac
1 teaspoon of zest of a lemon
1 teaspoon of JUAL stevia powder or 30 drops of JUAL liquid stevia
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of honey without tac
zest of 1 lemon
150 nuts without tac
Preparation:
First, foam the brewer's yeast with a teaspoon of JUAL stevia powder. While the yeast foams, mix the eggs, stevia, honey, orange blossom and vanilla essences, and lemon zest in a bowl.
Add the foamed yeast to the mixture
In another container, mix the premix without tac with the xanthan gum, the baking powder and the butter.
I joined both mixes well and integrates the nuts.
Fill up to 3/4 parts of a pan dulce pan. Small molds are preferable.
Let rise for 30 minutes and take them to a preheated oven at 180° between 20 and 30 minutes of cooking.
