
Ingredients:
- 100 g of pastry flour.
- 1 egg.
- 1 yolk
- 35 g stevia Jual.
- 1 splash of dry anise.
- half tablespoon of oil.
Preparation:
1- Pass the flour through a sieve and place it in the form of a volcano on the counter.
2- In a bowl, put the egg, the yolk and the sweetener and beat well until it makes a little foam.
3- I poured this mixture into the flour, added the anise and knead until a compact dough was obtained.
4- Form a ball with the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
5- Separate pieces of dough and form the donuts.
6- Spread a baking dish with the oil, place the donuts and bake for 20 minutes.
Note:
If you like lemon or orange flavor, substitute the anise for the thin zest of the peel and 1 tablespoon of the juice.
With stevia the donuts can be sweet enough, but you can decorate them with impalpable sugar. In this case they will cease to be the light.
